O Tannenbaum

Christmas season has arrived here in Boston. Our apartment is decorated with Christmas decorations including as big a tree as we could fit in our apartment (which unfortunately isn't very big!) and Christmas music is playing non-stop in the Cahill household. Here's a picture of our fine tree:

Other than the busyness that comes with the season, not much new here in Boston. Katie is in the middle of a rotation working in the intensive care unit. Fortunately, December 22nd marks her last over-night call (30-hour shift) ever. Well... at least until 2nd year! Last night I finished up my class on the Theology of the Pentateuch (Pentateuch= first 5 books of the Bible). We almost made it all the way through the Pentateuch, just didn't get to the last 4 books and 75% of the first book. Yup, blazing fast we moved through the first 12 chapters of Genesis! It was an excellent class which I really enjoyed and learned alot. But now that the class is over, I'm looking forward to getting to my growing book list!
